Additions or new construction of 1 to 750 square feet – $750.00

Additions or new construction of 751 to 1500 square feet – $1,500.00

Solar panels (unless included in the initial submission) – $250.00

For work not involving the addition of any square footage (landscaping, house color, etc.), contact the Architectural Committee Chair directly to confirm conformance of your plans with the CCCHA guidelines. – No Fee.
